Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 25% of the services reserved in order to continue to book services with me, Amber Anne Bosch. Clients cancelling 24 hours or less of the scheduled appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book services with me.

Please note that cancellations need to be made via phone call or text not via email, Facebook, Instagram or other form of communication. That number is 702-882-2505.

Late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call me and let me know at 702-882-2505. I will call or text any late client 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if I have not been able to contact you, your appointment time will be opened up to my cancellation list and may be given away to clients waiting to see me. If you show up late your services may be altered to fit the remaining scheduled appointment time and if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be forfeited. If either of these happen you will still be responsible for the FULL AMOUNT of the services booked.

No Shows

If you do not show up or call after your scheduled appointment time you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will also be required to have a credit card on file with Amber to secure any further bookings. Clients who no show more than 1 time will have to prepay in full for their services while scheduling the appointment.

Refunds

I have a no refund policy. I offer complimentary fixes within 7 days of the service completion, no exceptions.

BOOKING FEES for Lengthy Services and bridal parties

Any booking spanning more than 3 hours or group bookings like weddings or special events must be secured with a booking fee. This fee is 50% of the total estimated value of the services. This booking fee can be paid via phone with any major credit card or in person during business hours at a predetermined time. This fee is non refundable. In the event of cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in my policies above. Please do not bring your children with you to a lengthy appointment as the salon is a dangerous place and my space is very limited.

No animals allowed on the premises at any time except those for service purposes

Refferal Rewards

Referral rewards are easy to get! All you have to do is refer your friends and family! Easy peasy!

Here's how it works:

For every new guest you refer to me, once they come in, you will receive $30 off of your next visit AND you will also receive 3 referral points.

You can use your points to get free stuff!

15 points = a free haircut (up to a $65 value)

30 points = a free haircut and root touch up (up to a $125 value)

45 points = a free haircut and a full highlight or specialty highlight like an ombre, sombre or balayage (up to a $170 value)

60 points = a free haircut, root touch up and partial highlight (up to a $190 value)

75 points = free haircuts for a year (up to a $650 value)

Your points will accumulate for every new guest you have referred and comes in to see me. The points can only be used once, so once you redeem them they are gone, use them wisely. Points never expire. Points are given along with the $30 discount but can not be combined on the same visit. Points are nontransferable. $30 off your next visit can not be combined with any other offer and is also nontransferable.
